Hotfix for the Coolify deploy failing on pnpm install --frozen-lockfile. npm install -g pnpm was pulling latest at build time. Pin to 10.33.2 to match the lockfile writer.

fix(api): pin pnpm in Dockerfile to match the lockfile writer 25dd59a053

Coolify deploy started failing on \`pnpm install --frozen-lockfile\`.
The Dockerfile was pulling whatever pnpm \`npm install -g\` resolves
at build time, so a freshly-released pnpm could disagree with the
10.33.2 we use locally to write the lockfile. Pin to 10.33.2 to keep
build behavior reproducible.
