Render the captured/existing coords on a Leaflet map below the label
input. Skeleton placeholder during the geo request in create mode.
"Pick on map" button always available, picker dialog seeded with the
current coords. Loosen FrameMap input to a structural shape so it
can be reused outside frame-detail.
