Replaces the placeholder auto-generated icons with a hand-authored SVG brand system for RollNote, built from the app's own palette (Ember accent, warm stone neutrals) and Bricolage Grotesque (flattened to vector outlines - no font dependency).

Mark

35mm film canister with an Ember aperture iris as the single accent. A dedicated wider, spoke-simplified variant keeps it legible down to 16px.

Assets (public/)

  • og-image.png (+ og-image-light.png) - 1200x630 social share, dark primary
  • favicon.svg and multi-frame favicon.ico (16/32/48)
  • PWA icons 72-512 (replaced placeholders) + dedicated maskable icons
  • icons/apple-touch-icon.png (180)
  • brand/ - standalone mark + wordmark lockup SVGs (light/dark)

Integration

  • index.html: SVG+ICO favicon links, apple-touch-icon, Open Graph + Twitter meta (summary_large_image, absolute og:image on app.roll-note.com)
  • manifest.webmanifest: maskable entries point at dedicated files; background_color -> #0C0A09
  • docs/brand-assets.md: palette, geometry, asset inventory, regeneration pipeline

Versioning

Bump 0.7.2 -> 0.7.3 (patch). Paired with a v0.7.3 changelog entry in a companion rollnote-api PR (keeps the changelog/front invariant).

Production build passes; assets confirmed in dist/.
