Brings the native app's frame pre-completion to the web wizard.

  • A new frame takes the lens, weather, filter, aperture, shutter, bulb and flash of the shoot's highest-numbered frame, so it can be saved right away. Notes and location stay empty. A choice made before the frames load is never overwritten; a shoot without frames starts empty as before.
  • The lens and weather steps show a Next button once something is selected, so a prefilled (or revisited) step can still be walked through.
  • ShootService.getFrames now returns FrameRow (lens/weather/filter ids, which the API already sends).
  • Version 0.12.0. The changelog entry v0.12.0 lands in the paired rollnote-api branch feat/frame-prefill.

Like the native app, the new-frame wizard takes the lens, weather, filter,
aperture, shutter, bulb and flash of the shoot's highest-numbered frame, so
a roll shot with the same setup can be saved right away. Notes and location
stay empty, and a choice made before the frames load is never overwritten.

The lens and weather steps get a Next button once something is selected, so

getFrames now returns FrameRow, which carries the lens/weather/filter ids
the API already sends.
