Add the AGPL-3.0 license text and declare the license in package.json.

refactor: extract shared UI component library and restyle pages ... 5ff07032bd

Introduce a reusable src/lib/components/ui/ kit (Button, Card, Link,
ThemeToggle, ForgejoIcon, PageHero) plus a FrameCard component, and
rework the marketing components and route pages to consume them, cutting
large amounts of duplicated markup and styling. Add editorial .lede and
.kicker prose utilities to layout.css and drop the now-consumed
GEO-ANALYSIS.md notes.
