Summary

Release rollnote-api 8.1.2. Promotes the develop branch to main.

Contains the single PR merged since 8.1.1:

#51 fix(auth): wipe user-owned content before Better-Auth deletes the user - wires DataWipe.wipeUserData into the Better-Auth user.deleteUser.beforeDelete hook. Account deletion now actually succeeds (it was failing with a 23503 FK violation as soon as the user had any shoots/frames/personal globals). Also seeds the v7.2.1 changelog entry for rollnote-front 7.2.1.

Deploy notes

No DB migration. Pure code change. Safe to roll back by reverting the commit if anything regresses.
