Adds a v0.7.3 changelog entry (seeded in src/seed.ts) as the release note for the RollNote brand refresh - new logo, favicon, PWA/home-screen icons, and social-share preview - shipped in the companion rollnote-front PR (feat/brand-assets, #65).

Keeps the changelog/front invariant intact: latest changelog entry (v0.7.3) === rollnote-front package.json version (0.7.3).

Data-only change; nest build and prettier --check pass.
