Release 0.12.0.

A copy button on each frame row of a shoot not yet done duplicates the frame in place, one copy however fast the taps come
The frame row no longer shows the location pin
No What's New sheet on launch: the Profile's "What's new" row leads to it (as on the web)

Checks run locally: typecheck, lint, 228 tests, format check.
