Replace the aperture number input and shutter-speed entity dropdown with
horizontal ring sliders modeled after real camera dials. Aperture spans
f/0.7-f/45 with 1/3-stops; shutter speed spans 1/8000-120" plus Bulb,
following the modern camera 1/3-stop scale.

The shutter-speed entity (settings tab, drawer, list, service) is removed
entirely - frames now carry shutter speed as shutterSpeedSeconds + bulb
matching the API change.

BREAKING CHANGE: Frame.shutterSpeed/shutterSpeedValue replaced by
shutterSpeedSeconds (number|null) + bulb (boolean). The /shutter-speed
endpoints and the shutter-speeds settings route are gone.
