fix(frames): use PATCH not PUT to update a frame (was 404 in prod): The API exposes the update route as @Patch('/frame/:id'); the client was
sending PUT and silently 404'd. Switch to http.patch and update the
service spec to assert the verb (it previously asserted PUT, rubber-
stamping the bug).
