feat(analytics): add Umami tracking script and allow it in CSP: Loads umami.eliottbidault.fr/script.js from app.html so pageviews
(including SvelteKit client-side navigations via the History API)
report to the self-hosted Umami instance. Relaxes script-src and
connect-src to allow the script and its /api/send beacon.
