Summary

Release rollnote-website 0.3.2. Promotes the develop branch to main.

Contains the single PR merged since 0.3.1:

#14 feat(legal): rewrite privacy policy for accuracy, add mentions legales - rewrites /privacy so it matches the code (acknowledges Umami, discloses session IP/UA, names scrypt, real contact email, real deletion behaviour), adds a new /legal route covering LCEN art. 6-III, links it from the footer and sitemap.

Deploy notes

Pure static-site change. No infra impact.
