feat: add documentation section 90b143a653

Add a /docs area covering self-hosting, configuration, the user guide,
architecture, and contributing. Pages are authored as mdsvex (.svx)
documents with a sidebar that auto-builds from page frontmatter, prose
styling mapped to the site theme, and self-linking heading anchors.
Wire Docs into the navbar, footer, and sitemap.

docs(website): disclose AI assistance and document self-host analytics opt-out 8c4a54f168

Add a 'Built with AI assistance' section to the contributing docs and a
'Built-in analytics' section to the self-hosting docs explaining that
production builds load the project's Umami instance, with instructions to
disable it or point it at a self-hosted one.

Bump to 0.4.0 for the new documentation section.
