SEO audit fixes for the marketing site (no behavioural/UI redesign, copy + assets + meta only).

Changes

Homepage <title> now targets "film photography notebook" (hero H1 left unchanged).
/changelog added to sitemap.xml; each <loc> is now built via siteUrl() (safe roll-note.com fallback) instead of the prerender placeholder host, plus a prod-build guard that throws if PUBLIC_SITE_URL is unset.
Copy typos fixed: proprietary, developed, passion, "your camera", "didn't have".
how-it-works step images now carry width/height/loading="lazy" (CLS + lazy-load).
Screenshots + og-image converted PNG -> WebP (~60% smaller: og-image 140K->32K), all 18 references repointed, originals removed.
Version bumped 0.4.0 -> 0.4.1 (patch: fixes + optimisations).

Verification

pnpm run check: 0 errors (2 pre-existing warnings in changelog page, unrelated).
pnpm run build: succeeds; prerendered sitemap lists all 13 URLs incl. /changelog; prerendered HTML confirms new title, WebP refs, and image dimensions.

Heads-up

The OG image is now WebP. LinkedIn does not render WebP OG previews (Facebook/X/Slack/Discord do). Easy to revert only the OG image to PNG if LinkedIn previews matter.

- add /changelog to sitemap; build loc via siteUrl() with a prod-build guard when PUBLIC_SITE_URL is unset
- fix copy typos (proprietary, developed, passion, your camera, didn't have)
- add width/height/loading=lazy to how-it-works step images
- convert screenshots + og-image from PNG to WebP (~60% lighter) and repoint all refs
- bump version 0.4.0 -> 0.4.1
