Summary

New /changelog route renders entries server-side from GET /changelog on the API
Vertical timeline with sticky day/month/year date rail on desktop, inline date stamps on mobile
Latest entry highlighted with an ember dot and a "Latest" pill
Item groups use the project palette (olive for New, ember for Improved, oxide for Fixed) with Lucide icons
Hero matches the chapter-dark + film-grain pattern from /about and /how-it-works
Footer gains a Changelog link
PUBLIC_API_URL added to .env.example
Bumps to 0.1.0

Test plan

PUBLIC_API_URL set in target env; /changelog returns the same data as the API endpoint
Title clears the fixed navbar
Timeline reflows correctly on 375px / 768px / 1280px
Light + dark mode pills are legible
Empty state renders when the API returns no entries

feat(changelog): add SSR /changelog timeline page 349ddc3cdf

New /changelog route renders entries server-side from GET /changelog on
the API. Layout is a vertical timeline with a sticky day/month/year date
rail on desktop, inline date stamps on mobile. The latest entry gets an
ember-tinted dot and a "Latest" pill.

Item groups use the project's editorial palette (olive for New, ember
for Improved, oxide for Fixed) with Lucide icons. Hero block reuses the
chapter-dark / film-grain pattern from /about and /how-it-works so the
page reads as part of the rest of the marketing site.

Footer gains a Changelog link. PUBLIC_API_URL added to .env.example for
the SSR fetch.

Bumps rollnote-website to 0.1.0 (minor: new page).
