All list endpoints now accept ?page, ?itemsCount, and ?getAll query
parameters and return PagedResults instead of List. The base
IRepository and Repository gained a ListPagedAsync method to avoid
duplicating the ToPagedResultAsync call across simple repositories.

Added pagination to all list endpoints ... db2fbed90e

All list endpoints now accept ?page, ?itemsCount, and ?getAll query
parameters and return PagedResults<T> instead of List<T>. The base
IRepository and Repository gained a ListPagedAsync method to avoid
