feat(email): brand verification and 2FA emails with shared layout f0788884b3

Replace the bare-text verification and two-factor emails with a shared,
bulletproof table-based HTML shell matching the rollnote-front Ember
theme (amber accent, stone card, text wordmark, fallback link/plain
text). Function signatures are unchanged, so auth.ts wiring is untouched.
Adds unit coverage for both emails.

feat(shoot): add DELETE /shoot/:id/frames to clear all frames 1098fdf51b

Bulk-deletes every frame of a shoot in one owner-scoped, shoot-locked
transaction. Nothing survives to renumber, so it skips the gapless-1..N
recompaction the single-frame delete needs. Blocks non-owners (403) and
completed shoots (400), mirroring the frame create/duplicate write guards.

Adds a v0.8.0 changelog entry and bumps the API to 0.9.0.
