feat(brand): custom canister logo, favicons, PWA icons, and OG image 6fe581c40d

Replace the placeholder auto-generated icons with a hand-authored SVG brand
system built from the app's own palette (Ember accent, warm stone neutrals)
and Bricolage Grotesque (flattened to vector outlines).

- Mark: 35mm film canister with an Ember aperture iris; dedicated wider,
  spoke-simplified variant for legibility at favicon sizes.
- Assets: og-image.png (+light), favicon.svg, multi-frame favicon.ico
  (16/32/48), PWA icons 72-512, dedicated maskable icons, apple-touch-icon,
  and standalone mark + wordmark lockup SVGs (light/dark) in public/brand.
- index.html: SVG+ICO favicon links, apple-touch-icon, Open Graph + Twitter
  meta (summary_large_image, absolute og:image on app.roll-note.com).
- manifest: maskable entries point at dedicated files; background_color 0C0A09.
- Docs: docs/brand-assets.md records the palette, geometry, asset inventory,
  and regeneration pipeline.

Bump 0.7.2 -> 0.7.3 (paired with v0.7.3 changelog entry in rollnote-api).

feat(shoots): add "Clear all" button to wipe a shoot's frames 5a0037a1db

Adds a danger Clear all button in the frames header (shown only when the
shoot is open and has frames). It confirms through the shared
delete-confirmation dialog, calls the new DELETE /shoot/:id/frames endpoint,
then empties the frame list and resets the count. Bumps front to 0.8.0 to
match the v0.8.0 changelog entry.
