feat(frames): prefill a new frame from the shoot's last frame d9d30b6f86

Like the native app, the new-frame wizard takes the lens, weather, filter,
aperture, shutter, bulb and flash of the shoot's highest-numbered frame, so
a roll shot with the same setup can be saved right away. Notes and location
stay empty, and a choice made before the frames load is never overwritten.

The lens and weather steps get a Next button once something is selected, so
a prefilled (or revisited) step can still be walked through.

getFrames now returns FrameRow, which carries the lens/weather/filter ids
the API already sends.

Merge origin/main into develop ff02f75ee4

Port the frame prefill onto main's generated API types and exposure
model: FrameRow becomes the generated Frame row, and the prefilled
camera value uses the { shutter: { seconds, bulb } } shape.
